For years, restaurants were expressions of the owner’s passion for food and love of people. Better yet, they were owned as much by the community as by the owner himself. Signature dishes, like chicken wings or steaks drew people back to an eating establishment and would breathe life into a restaurants’ aura. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a very different place today. Large corporations run restaurant chains, whose fiduciary is to their board of directors and stock holders. While they strive for consistency, profits are put ahead of quality.

We want locals and visitors alike to feel ownership in this dream. We have made every effort to find the finest, freshest, and most wholesome ingredients. We bake our own breads and desserts with no preservatives. We cut our own steaks, make our own mayonnaise, and prepare salad dressings at your table. The fresh fish is fileted in our kitchen, and we fly live New England Lobsters in for our guests.

We know you can cook at home, order delivery, or even eat elsewhere. You have choices. However, our goal is to become your second home, a place where you feel welcome and where the food is made to your taste. Feel free to think of yourself as part the family. Our team members are not just working to earn a living, but to be the best at their craft. We are measured by your smiles, compliments, and attendance.
